DO NOT RECOMMEND! My voice sounds younger (Im 56) the woman who answered the was rude and dismissive saying “this isn’t what you’re looking for and I wouldn’t qualify to be there” NEVER ASKED MY AGE! After I told her my age said I could Stop by and look around. When I went in was treated so rudely & dismissed basically as I walked in the door, apparently I interrupted her fingernail problem. She wasnt willing to offer any information and vaguely answered my questions! IABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.. BEWARE OF MANAGEMENT.. THINK TWICE. If thats how management treats potential clients the owners should reevaluate their staff.

This is an RV park not a hotel so I filled out an application to rent a lot here and they never tried to notify me in any way shape or form as to the results. Don't waste your time. They have an attitude and could care less about you!

Safe, clean and quiet with a great pool. We overnighted here on our way south. Perfect location and super friendly and helpful staff!

Very nice park. Very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed for two nights, but we enjoyed it very much.

Great RV Park centrally located. Our second visit. Coming from Midwest and visiting friends and family. One suggestion not a criticism. Wi-Fi is at clubhouse only. In today's times signal boosters throughout the park would be a plus. Plenty of room for both permanent and snowbird residents. Highly recommended

We stayed here for seven nights so we could visit some friends in the Phoenix area and also do some sightseeing. You're right on I17 so taking a trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon or to Jerome or Flagstaff is pretty simple. This is a nice over 55 park that is quiet and clean. We used the laundry two times and it is by far the nicest laundry we've seen in any RV park we have visited. The people we met were friendly but we did not participate in any activities. There were many snowbirds in the park and there are many permanent RVs and/or park model mobile homes. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the Phoenix area and needed a place to hunker down for a few days. Bottom line, nice place, no complaints.
