Arrived today at 2pm WITH reservations. Office was locked and no packets available. Called posted number and got voicemail. Left a message and waited 30 minutes. No call back. Moved on to Cottonwoods RV Park about 10 minutes away - a much nicer place and they were happy we were there. It is now 9 pm - never got a call back from Pine Grove. It is very clear what reservations mean to them. BTW, Pine Grove Village is a trailer park with a few RV sites added.

**Update** We have lived here 6 months now. Robin is no longer there but Billy has taken over as manager, which we are very grateful for all the hard work he does to keep this property going! We haven't had too many issues really. Very pleasantly surprised that the home we moved into is energy efficient! Our home is very comfortable at 78 while its been 100° outside. No window leaks and out bills have been lower than any home I've lived in over the last 30 years. Finally making this our HOME and not just a house we live in. We Just moved in today! The manager Robin is wonderful! The assistant manager Billy is incredible! They stayed until after 9:30 filling out paperwork to get us into our new home right away. Very clean neighborhood! Our new neighbors are very welcoming. Lot rent is reasonable and the homes are immaculate.

I want to praise Whitnee Allen for such a tremendous gracious incredible service she showed my father and I, we’ve been looking for a place to rent and I needed to get my dad into a place ASAP we moved here from Arizona and she went out of her to help us make that happen and quick, she was so professional and so Kind and even though she was extremely busy with phones and other people she never waived in her professionalism and kindness she made this transaction go so smoothly, I Can’t thank her enough. This week Robin has been so kind and got us our mail box key we’ve been trying to get and on Mother’s Day weekend was passing out flowers and cup cakes, what a fantastic Place, Thank you pine grove village for your kindness, Billy was awesome and came and helped take care of a couple things when I called and he keeps this place looking so nice, I’m impressed and Thankful. Stayed in the RV section of the park which is very clean and relatively spacious. There is a lot of noise from I 70 and most sites don't have a picnic table. There is a nice dog park and the staff were friendly, helpful, and low key.

This place is fine For a one night stop. We were in a 42 foot motorhome pulling a small car. They assigned us spot number 41 which was actually the only place that we would fit. The park was clean, decent looking trailers, and in a fairly good location. This is not a destination park, but it’s fine in a pinch. The interior roads are a bit narrow and out of level, but it is better than many parks we have been in. We were here in mid September 2021. If we find ourselves on interstate 70 in Missouri, we would stay again. The Internet did not work, and there are no swimming pools or other amenities.

Nice RV Park. Plenty of room for RV and vehicles. Sites are little bit unlevel but can be corrected pretty easy. Very nice people in front office willing to help.

This last weekend we found ourselves in a tough spot when we had check-in issues at another campground in Columbia. We needed a place right away as we had driven 2 hours east to Columbia and our Webmaster had driven two hours west to meet us and work for the day on computer and business issues. After a Google Search we found Pine Grove and the owners, Robin and Dave, could NOT have been more helpful. Not only did they get us checked into a terrific, clean spot but they allowed us to spend 6+ hours in the activity center doing our business. PLUS this wonderful place has a fenced in dog park with a picnic table so we could sit down with our pups! This place ROCKS and the people really "get" how stressful life on the road can be and they want you to be happy and comfortable. Thank you Robin and Dave...we WILL be back!
