We were able to secure site M1 for Memorial Day weekend. We were staying from 5/28 to 6/1. Email communications were great from the start. The reservation process was seamless and very easy. Our arrival time was going to be after the offices had closed and I was nervous about not having firewood but they were able to deliver firewood to out site for when I arrive AND I was able to properly check in in the morning! The staff is INCREDIBLE and the amenities are plentiful in the shop. Showers are free and water was hot which was a huge plus for me ☺️Even with all the cold and rainy weather we had, the experience they provided for us made it all worth while. Site was large and we were able to give ourselves privacy from with tents and cars. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

I have to post this on my second google account because I don't want to remove my first 5 star review from years ago! Since coming here, I have realized that there is no other campground that does it like Pine Haven does. They don't have excessive fees like most places do now, their rates are incredibly fair, even though they do increase, they leave you alone, everyone is so incredibly kind and welcoming, the facilities are ALWAYS maintained, they always have wood and ice on site and the camp store is always stocked with things that you may have forgotten or just need. We do our best to make it up here at least twice a season! Thank you all! Keep it up! :)

We have been very pleased with our stay here at Pine Haven and we will be returning and are looking forward to the 2025 season. We found all of the staff and the owners to be very accommodating and the most friendly and family oriented people we have ever met. Pine Haven Campground is more like "family" than just a campground facility. Again, we look forward to sharing the 2025 season with the most family oriented people you could ever meet. Thank you Aaron, Denise, Nick, Bob and ALL other staff for an AMAZING stay! Looking forward the 2025 Season.

Views were quiet nice camping right on the river But the showers were cold every day no matter what time we went We were told different rules by each staff member one says you can have 2 cars and another says 1 but come the weekend lots of people have 2 cars in sites Booked with pets and almost got in trouble even though we let them know there were 3 they tried to say it’s a 2 dog limit, not on the website nor told to us when registering the dogs at the site Neighbors on the weekend nights were loud until 12-1 did not respect those rules. Not many activities to participate in for the price we paid

Had such a wonderful time at Pine Haven Campground! It is in close proximity to Polar Caves and Sculptured Rocks Natural Area(which we planned on visiting)and we were looking specifically for river front tent sites. This place surely delivered! The sites are lovely, the river was beautiful and staff was down to earth and very pleasant. A few things that really stood out was how clean the bathhouse was, checkout time being noon was wonderful and the wood was $6 for a large bundle. There are a few small playgrounds, a gaga pit (my 11 and 9 year old were thrilled) and an ice cream freezer with treats in the store (even more thrilling to said 11 and 9 year old). If you like a relaxed camping experience (not resort style but more state park/nature based) then check them out. Other reviewers commented on racetrack noise but we went wed- fri so didn’t experience that. The kids have already asked to get a water site there next year! Thanks for a great trip Pine Haven!

We camped at Pinehaven campground Wentworth NH this past weekend and It was a great time! The sites were fairly private. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fire wood was $6 a bag and twice the size of other places! The bathroom by us wasn’t the best but worked well. The other bathroom however was brand new and one of the best I’ve seen. There were plenty of activities for kids and the pool was great too. The pool was open late one night which was great. We would definitely go again.

So I’ve been holding off on this review so I can get a few trips in to the campground before making an impulse review. I’ll be on my 4th time this summer coming back to this campground. It really is absolutely amazing. Just everything. The facilities, the landscape, the amenities, the River, the owners, the location (attractions/stores). Me and my family are not lazy people so the distance to the bathrooms or the hills are not a factor in my rating, I could care less. On my birthday, they came down and gave me a cake. There were flood warnings (we were on the river) and they willingly let us sleep under the pavilion for our safety. They allow me to book months in advance with ease and no worries. I’d highly recommend this campground to anyone compared to surrounding campgrounds. This is coming from a guy that has stayed at almost every campground (tenting) in the white mountains region. Also this year (which is why I was like, yes I’m posting a review) I put together my group chat and asked the crew, pinehaven or switching it up? Everyone said “pine haven”. Keep in mind also, me and my family are not picky people. So if you have super high standards or some crazy expectations to how a campground operates, I’d say save the owners a head ache and move on. We will be staying for many years to come!!!

We went camping here over the weekend and had a great experience. The bathrooms were very clean, the campground was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of items in their store as well as firewood and ice which were both reasonably priced for the amount you got. Our site was very private and located on the Baker River which we enjoyed swimming in with our dog. We will definitely be back again.

Very nice campground, staff was super friendly. If you like camping in a woodsy atmosphere this is great. The only negative is there is a race track near by and on Saturday it is very noisy in the campground. But the racing starts in the afternoon and stops around 8pm.
