Good quiet location, clean park. We’ve enjoyed the park for several years and was able to rebook our stay each year for the same days the following year which was the park rules and provided you rebooked before your departure. However, when trying to rebook for next year we were advised our spot was booked already??? We were told this was due to Labor Day being a week later. Not sure how this affected our dates in late October but somehow it did. When questioned the park offered no real reason other than Labor Day was a week later. We were given the option to book the site in November which doesn’t work for our schedule. So my point is enjoy the park but be wary of reservation guidelines.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean bathrooms and clean park. The only thing that would prevent me from coming here again is their cancellation policy. Apparently, if you book more than 6 months out, they will not refund your hefty deposit. We tried to cancel well outside of the 14 days, but were then explained the full cancellation policy. Our choice was to reschedule (they allow only once) instead of losing $140+. Because this is not typical of most campgrounds, they really should put this in red writing or large letters on their webpage.

WARNING ----RV park looks to be a nice park to stay at. But if something unexpected we're to come up with in 2 weeks before your arrival date. Be WARNED this park will keep your deposit, they will not allow you to use your deposit for a later date like other parks will. I have been camping for many, many years and not one park has kept my deposit when I had to cancel. As long as I came back to visit at a later date. So we will never visit or call on this park again.

Extremely clean, very nice and fairly quiet! Our sites are close, but not as close as some of the other places down on the parkway. The spots are paved and level, and the landscaping is very nice. I would have given this park five stars but the Wireless Internet they provide is absolutely horrible! It is 2025. There is absolutely no excuse for bad Wi-Fi this day and time! That is my only fault with this RV park.

Site by the creek was very nice. Restrooms very clean. Laundry room too small. 2 washers 2 dryers and one dryer was broken. Need their own pool! Have a non heated splash pad only. Can use the pool at the hotel across the road but always pretty crowded plus not convenient crossing the street. Need a playground for kids! Plenty of room for this near the splash pad area. Pull through sites are very short. Think the prices are high for what is offered overall compared to many other parks we have been to.

A well maintained, medium sized RV park located a half mile back from the main road, so away from the noise but close enough to be convenient. Sites are slightly larger than average with full hook ups. Facilities are modern and clean and include a small laundry. Excellent Wifi and a splash pool for the kids.

great location to the activities in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend getting a day pass for the trolley for $3 a person. Facilities were clean the only complaint was getting the water temperature just right. Seems it was too cold or too hot.

We were so pleased with this park. It shot right to the top of our list. There are so many amenities here. We loved coming in off the trolley from a busy hectic day to feeling like we were camping out away. Well definitively be back.
