Aging mobile homes at high prices, but what do you want in a college town?

This is a place you can call home. What an amazing clean well ran community. If you need a home or a place to stay in a RV check out The Pines.

Good price and quiet.

We have used this campground 3 years in a row without problems until this year. New management busted out the back glass of our camper while mowing grass and wouldn't take responsibility. They now keep mailing monthly electric bills and we haven't been there since SEPTEMBER! The new management knows nothing about accounting and cannot explain where they get the figures of what we owe (really they owe us). Would never ever stay there again.

Stayed there for over 3 years. It was a wonderful place until new management started. They don't know how to handle tennets. They pick and choose who they want to bully. Loud people and kids that'll steal, ruin, and vandalize other people's stuff and cars. I've also heard what happened to all the assistant managers that tried working there, so don't try and work there. Apparently, the last ones tried to correct and fix issues that should've been handled months ago, so they got fired. The upkeep of the is going down hill also. I'm saddened by how it's turning out.

Currently residing here and love it. Located centrally in town. Not too far from campus. (As a student that's awesome.) Rates are pretty good. Park managers are so sweet and helpful!
