Great facilities, clean bath house, spacious sites and alot of industrial/highway noise. I would overnight again but not an extended stay.

Very nice campground with nice bathrooms and showers. I did call and spoke with someone that was very helpful although unnecessary. I made reservations online and check in was all completed online so I had no reason to stop in at the office. Camping spaces are generous in size. Lots of trees for shade although I did put up my ez-up anyway just to cover the spaces that I needed additional shade. Located just outside of town, so walmart and other stores are located close by. I will definitely be back next year. I did camp with my 2 dogs which were not a problem.

Rented a cabin while I attend Midwest Truck Driving School in Escanaba. Real close to the school. Beautiful cabin with electricity. Nice friendly campground hosts. So far I love it here. I have no complaints. Nice hot showers in the shower room with good water pressure. Washer and Dryer for $4.50 a load (bring your own quarters). Outhouse by my cabin. The river is right by the cabin. The cabin is beautiful and the property it's on is beautiful. Good size campground. I haven't hit the disc golf course up yet but I will be while I'm here. Overall 10/10 experience. Cabins are priced well also. There is a bunk bed in the bedroom with twin mattresses. A full size bed also in the bedroom and a futon also in the living area of the cabin. There is a picnic table inside and one outside by the fire pit and also a recliner. Very nice set up! Also a loft to store things if needed in the cabin. 4 windows for good air circulation. I love this place! I would definitely recommend it!

Nice campground, large sites, pretty scenery on the river. Only downside was some highway noise from US2/41, but it wasn’t too bad, traffic slowed and it quieted down in the evening.

We stayed here in early August 2024 from a Saturday to Tuesday. The sites were large and fit our tents and gazebo. The ground was nice with short grass, and trees to give us shade. The bathroom/shower house was clean and really nice. The guys played Disc Golf on the course one morning and enjoyed that. It was close to places we wanted to visit. It was pretty quiet, and neighbors were pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

We found this campground at the last minute for our road trip vacation and were able to book a site very easily. When we got here later in the evening we found that our site was a decent size. We got our tent up and started to unload for the night, we found that a train goes through every few hours! For some it’s an annoyance but for us it was a nice part of the ambiance. When we woke up the next morning we found that this place was pretty great, our campsite was very close to the bathroom so we took our shower. The bathrooms are in better shape than some hotels! Best water pressure I’ve ever felt at a campsite and free with your site!! Checkout is at noon so have your things ready to move if you’re not an early bird! Anyway the site and the amenities were amazing. If you want to do laundry washers are $2 and dryers are $2.5. There are dog friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The place is very clean and peaceful. Only noise we experienced was the road traffic and the train. We enjoyed the experience so much we extended our stay for a while other night. We will certainly be back for future trips!

A nice quiet experience. (We were there the middle of September) Clean. A beautiful setting on the river.

Nice, clean, if you purchase firewood, they deliver, spacious sites, the only downside is the fire pits are not near the entry of your camper, but behind.

I have camped here several times, it's always a pleasure. Great place to take the kids camping. We rented a cabin last time and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very nice campground. Was a bummer the pump for the well broke so no water but staff was excellent about the situation. Management personally walked around to each site to apologize and explained the problem. We will definitely visit again.
