A nice chill atmosphere and close to downtown pismo. Walking distance. Easy access to the beach. The sites are well kept and clean. They also have a restaurant with great food.

I recently stayed at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unprofessional. The front desk staff came across as disengaged and uninterested in helping, which set a disappointing tone for the rest of the trip. During the day, security appeared inattentive, often standing around rather than actively monitoring the property. It didn’t give much confidence that guest safety was a priority. I also noticed maintenance staff smoking in visible areas around the grounds, which didn’t reflect well on the resort’s overall presentation. We tried eating at the PCV Grill on-site, hoping for convenience and a decent meal. Sadly, the food was underwhelming and overpriced for the quality. On top of that, the music selection was loud and, in my opinion, completely mismatched with the relaxed beach vibe the resort seems to advertise. The general store experience was equally strange. The employees seemed distracted and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable shopping experience rather than a welcoming one. Overall, while the location itself is great, the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t return based on this visit.

Nicely maintained facilities. The on prem food is just OK. Most fellow RVers are nice, but you get an occasional person who could care less who is around them. They don’t do much to moderate them. Lots of dogs, we usually keep our big guy inside. Lots of small barky dogs usually fenced in front of RVs. One big request, it would be so nice to have an online reservation system and have the ability to pick spots. It’s hit or miss. We usually get in around 3pm and have had OK luck the 4 times we have stayed over the last year. Little pricey. The beach access is worth the hassles. Lots of kids and families. Pismo has lots of good food. Just be patient with rude folks now and then.

First time here. First time using our camper we purchased and it was also stored here. The place is pretty well kept. There was lots of maintenance and stuff members, and they were very polite and helpful. The beach view was beautiful at sunset! There’s a general store and a restaurant and laundry mate. We didn’t get to the pool, but it looks heated. Great experience.

Great location right by the beach! Our stall 23 had beach/sea views. Loved running on the beach, super close 10 min walk to downtown. Resort has everything you need, restaurant, laundry, general store, arcade & mini golf.

We love it here! We live near the S.F. Bay Area so Pismo Beach, San Simeon, and Morro Bay have always been some of our favorite weekend getaways--for decades before we owned an RV. But now that we own a share at PCV, we will be able to get down here for weeks at a time! And if future weeks are anything like this first week was, we can't wait to get back here again! 😁

Our go to place when we come to visit Pismo. You can walk to the beach from the little entrances they have throughout the RV park. There's mini golf, general store, bike rentals, heated pool, huge restrooms with showers and other amenities. Most spaces are a good size, although this time we got a smaller space and we're staying at space 283. Normally we can set up a 10x10 canopy but we couldn't do that here. That is the ONLY downfall for this trip. Other trips we stayed on the next row over, closer to the restrooms and kids play area and it was perfect. I would recommend this for anyone who likes to RV camp. You're also only about 10 min away from Pismos center attractions. 5min on a scooter.

Been coming here for about 8 years now - it's a nice resort but somehow we keep getting placed in the same crappy area. Against the State Park wall, spaces are narrow and tight with barely enough room for our vehicle. Can't use the fire rig - it's too close to the neighboring rig. All dirt. Picnic table is up against our neighbors sewage line - really appealing. Would like to know what I have to do to get a halfway decent space next time - if there is a next time. Usually we make our reservations months (six this time) in advance.

Unfortunately I went to have breakfast. I asked for extremely soft/runny scrambled and got well done scrambled eggs. My hash browns were raw and crunchy. Just don’t have breakfast here. It was terrible. I couldn’t eat the eggs or hash browns. But yet I was charged $16.95. I’m very disappointed with how my request for my eggs were not honored. Don’t eat breakfast here at all!
