Stayed for a few days in October. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Private access to the beach was so convenient. The beach and water were amazing. The pavilion and dock area were so comfortable and made a great place to hang out in the Adirondack chairs and hammocks. Other campers were very friendly and sociable as well.

My husband and I simply loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly, helpful and fun! The Bay Area was a neat area to hang out in. I loved the private access to the beach. We loved how close we were to FloraBama! We road our bikes to several places on the bike paths. Great restaurants real close in both states! We will come back!

We absolutely love staying at Playa Del Rio and we live only an hour away. The cooking area is so nice, the dock area where my kids love to fish and the awesome host Bernard and his wife. We will be frequenting this RV park.

We have stayed here two times and love this park! The location is absolutely perfect! Just walk across a two-lane road and head to the beach by way of its private boardwalk. Plus, it also has access to the sound-side of Perdido Key for boating and fishing! The park has a fabulous laundry room, free ice — and helpful full-time residents!

Would’ve been five stars, except some of the dock sitting areas were closed that was not part of the construction area. Also there was a junk suburban with a broken boarded up window and flat tires, stored next to our site. The Beach access was great! Camp host was friendly and helpful! We met some of the lot owners, really good people!

We have loved Playa Del Rio! Everyone here is SO nice and the owner is fantastic!! The bay on one end and ocean on the other is great. I know when they get done repairing the hurricane damage it will be even better. Pet friendly, but just a small dog walk area. Nice paver patios, too! Easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded during our stay, either! There is no shade and our 32ft travel trailer with only 1 AC unit has struggled to keep up with the FL heat, so just keep that in mind when traveling here. We will definitely be back...once we get a bigger AC unit! 🤪

Beach on one side and the river on the other. You can't beat it. If you didn't go to the Hoodstock you really miss some great music. It will be back next year for 2 days. Check it out. Came from Tennessee to see it...

We love the kitchen facility. Has everything. Our camper is small so nice to cook right on the water. Watched children catch crabs at pier. Lots of chairs near the water. Nice place to watch sunset. Love it. Came years ago with friends. So thankful we’re back camping again. Thank mark for your hospitality. See you soon.
