Great staff! Property grounds were well taken care of, and surprisingly enough, the area was quieter than I expected for an urban area campground. Well, excluding the planes fly over the area as it's in the path of the Portland airport. But I got use to it, especially since it wasn't in the properties control. Thanks to Christine, Sammi, Dawn, and Michelle. I'll be back again!

The new office help named Dawn needs to find a new job. We have lived here in this great community for almost 4 years now. She came in with an inflated head, very rude and decided to change everything. She is making up new rules and changing old ones. She is not the manager just an office receptionist who answers phones and makes reservations. We are a tight community and will not stand for her threats. Do not move here as long as Dawn works in the office.

Staff on the phone and in person are very friendly and helpful. This is a huge RV park with the larger area for very long-term rentals. The spots are tight, but we had a good spot with room for our kitty mesh tunnels etc.

My husband and I have been residents of the RV park since December 2023. Our experience has been very delightful and adventurous. Michelle and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They really make this place feel comfortable and welcoming! We love our neighbors and enjoy meeting new people from around the country. We give the park and staff 5 stars!

I had to call to make a reservation change because we had in obligation come up for earlier. Than we originally planned I spoke to Michelle on the phone she was extremely friendly easy for me to talk and ask to stay a little early. She was so professional From the minute I spoke to her on the phone She created an atmosphere Of customer service I never felt once like I was A burden to her Or that she was put out for helping me. In world where we see a.lack of kindness Michelle made me feel good . Thank you for awesome training And great welcoming staff. We have been thousand Trails members for some time And really enjoy our stay at these Parks.

Stayed here as a stop over to visit the Columbia River Gorge and drop my family at the Portland airport. It was a perfect location. Be advised there are a lot of long term residents, but everyone is friendly and the park is clean. The employees were accommodating when I needed to run an emergency errand before leaving. My kids enjoyed the playground.

This is a park where thousand trails members have to pay extra, but to be honest the only thing premium about it is the location. On the plus side, it is 20 minutes from downtown and easily accessible. It is a pretty generic RV park with spots right next to one another and few trees. Many of the amenities were closed, including the pool and laundry. It is right next to the railroad tracks, though we never heard a horn, and right under the approach path to the airport. We did hear the planes, but it wasn't disturbing. Traffic noise can be an issue in the sites next to the road. Far from the nicest park, but adequate.
