Poudre River Storage
The Poudre River Storage Greeley Co is a reservoir located in Weld County, Colorado. It is owned and operated by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (NCWCD). The reservoir is located on the Poudre River, just north of Greeley, Colorado. The reservoir was constructed in the early 1960s to provide water storage for the NCWCD and its member entities. The reservoir has a capacity of approximately 8,000 acre-feet and is used to store water for municipal, industrial, and agricultural uses. The reservoir also provides recreational opportunities such as fishing, boating, and camping.
