Poway Road Mini Storage Rocks!!!! Myriam was my first point of contact when I initially called - she was super helpful, answering my many questions with a cheerful voice and professional demeanor. She explained the entire move in process and I signed up on the spot. Javier helped me on my move in date - he was amazing! He patiently waited for me to get all my banking info. and helped keep me calm during the sign up process. Then while my niece and I were moving my items into storage, he surprised us with two ice cold waters. He went above and beyond with the thoughtful gesture as we were exhausted and very thirsty. I am very impressed with the customer service this company provided me. Thank you Poway Mini. You have an amazing staff!
