Powell Mobile Home Village

Overview

Powell Mobile Home Village is located in the heart of Page, Arizona, serving as a functional home base for travelers exploring the unique geography of the American Southwest. This park functions primarily as a quiet, no-frills residential and short-term stay community. It is designed for those who prefer a consistent, stable environment while visiting the surrounding national parks and recreation areas rather than a luxury resort experience.

Location & Surroundings

Situated directly in the city of Page, the park offers convenient access to local infrastructure, including grocery stores, fuel stations, and restaurants. Its central location allows visitors to transition quickly from urban amenities to the rugged desert landscape. Because it is positioned within the town limits, travelers will find it easy to navigate to local services while staying within a short driving distance of Arizona’s most famous geological wonders.

Amenities & Park Features

The facility provides essential infrastructure to support comfortable stays, focusing on the basics that long-term and short-term RVers require. Guests can expect well-maintained utility hookups, including power, water, and sewage connections. The layout is designed to accommodate various vehicle sizes in a straightforward grid, ensuring that maneuvering is manageable for most setups. While it does not offer extensive recreational facilities on-site, it provides a reliable utility platform for self-sufficient travelers.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Page is a hub for world-class outdoor landmarks, and this park places you right in the middle of the action. You are only minutes away from the iconic Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River carves a dramatic loop through the canyon walls. Furthermore, the facility is a short drive from the entrance to Lake Powell and the famous Antelope Canyon tours, making it an excellent starting point for photographers, hikers, and water enthusiasts looking to maximize their time outdoors.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is an ideal match for the independent traveler who values proximity to attractions over fancy on-site entertainment. It is particularly well-suited for retirees, remote workers, or road-trippers who prioritize utility and accessibility. If your primary goal is to spend your daylight hours exploring the canyons and water features of Northern Arizona and you simply need a quiet, dependable place to park your rig at night, this location provides exactly what you need.

Nice place my son lives here

Management has to be one of the most atrocious I've ever had the unfortunate experience of encountering! With a Protection Order in place, they trespassed ME off the property, going off the lies of the man that put me in ICU. They worked against PPD and Court Orders with not one response (except to lock the doors when I did try to come in to speak with them in person) to multiple emails and voicemails. I ended up in ICU and having to have facial reconstructive surgery due to the fact that you "sides with" the monster that put me there. The management of this facility LITERALLY almost cost me my life as they trespassed ME out of the property leaving me prey to the man that tried to end my life.

Don’t get trapped in this park. Rent goes up every year. You will have a hard time getting your trailer sold.

A mobile home park. They have trailers/lots for rent/sale. This establishment is on the periphery of town, but still offers easy access to Page's major businesses.
