I am deaply in love with the park the people are good. I knew more people years past sadly.I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to pay my bill. Anyone got a reason why I can't get through to the office. I am a member I would like to pay my bill.

I wasn’t going to review this but it just didn’t sit right with me. Was visiting a friend last night and when I went to go through the gate the security lady was extremely rude. I have never felt like so much of an inconvenience. Then when we were going for a walk for her to show me around, I saw the same lady get verbally aggressive to a woman in her car. I had planned on getting a membership and now, I'm disgusted and don't think I'll be returning or trying to join. Nasty workers make a bad environment. Good luck.

Very nice park. Well shaded and lots of amenities. Very quiet and the food at the front desk are very nice. Definitely recommended

Great location, office staff are amazing. The amenities are clean and safely accessible with key fobs. They have cabins you can rent and they’re cute. Rv spots are great and have a lot of trees. The covered pool and indoor hot tub is great. They have a cute craft room, indoor wood shop, cafeteria that serves breakfast every other morning. They also have a small pool table room and small indoor gym! The koi fish area is also cute. They have scheduled activities through the week that are fun to get involved in. Multiple bath houses that have great showers and each one has a laundry room. What’s nice is that it’s also gated with security 24/7 so you feel really safe. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone is so welcoming, you just have to be respectful. We would definitely return. It’s a nice escape from the desert but still in the desert ❤️

very disappointed with the management..have been here several times with ROD membership...this reservation was met with a surprise extra fee of $25 + $3...which i never paid before..NO mention of this price when making reservations... only exception is Tammy at the gate was extra courteous and friendly...you have a beautiful park...wish your fees were fair...

Sites are alternating, meaning RV entrances face each other. And they are fairly level. Staff are always pleasant. And according to my grandkids, the best pool ever!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RV PARK!!!!! We wish we could provide a positive review on this RV park but unfortunately, we can’t. When we arrived, we were told that the Park model accommodations that we reserved 3-weeks in advance would not be honored. The first reason we were given is that they simply overbooked the Park models. In addition, they could not provide an answer as to why they continued taking reservations when all the Park models were reserved. The next explanation was that the person that took the reservation was new and booked it as an RV hook up (which is ½ the cost of a Park model), but they charged us the Park model price of $149 so that was a lie. Finally, the real reason for bumping us was that “members” get priority so my reservation was given to a member. There is nothing on the Preferred RV website stating that “members” have higher priority and there is a chance your reservation will be cancelled. On top of all this, we were never notified about this cancellation, we found out when we arrived to check in. Apparently, they had written our phone number incorrectly and took no initiative to try and figure this out. They did have our email address but failed to contact us that way. Their only solution was to direct us to the Nugget Casino (across the street) saying that they talked to the front desk and rooms were available. They didn’t take the next step and reserve a room for us which would have been the right thing to do. If you have a reservation with this organization, you should call the office and verify that they will honor it. If this is how they handle this type of situation, it is a terrible business model. If you can find a different place, go there, this one has poor management and apparently they don’t care about customers that are not “members”.

Great RV resort in Pahrump Nevada less than an hour west of Vegas. The grounds are amazing with several ponds with huge Koi fish and a waterfall surrounded by beautiful desert cactus and plants. My wife really enjoyed the covered pool. A friendly and helpful staff.
