This review is for the surgical team in the cath lab. I had my port catheter removed this morning and the whole team who cared for me were absolutely amazing. My thanks to you all, and bless the good work you do!

I am deeply saddened and frustrated by the level of ignorance, lack of accountability, and disregard for patient safety demonstrated by this facility. We all know healthcare up here is awful and not very trusted but, my family member had a dire condition and couldn't go to Flagstaff or Phoenix. Patients are being sent home during admissions meant for diagnostic workups, even when serious concerns—such as the possibility of a blockage—have not been ruled out when nothing is moving out after a week and theres serious symptoms going on. Discharging a patient with vital signs this unstable, including a blood pressure reading of 147/120, is alarming and unacceptable. I would strongly caution families against sending elderly loved ones here for admission or evaluation. Attempts to reach Risk Management go unanswered, and physicians do not return calls. Nurses appear irritated when questions are asked, and social workers provide medical commentary they are neither qualified nor authorized to give. That alone is a serious boundary violation. Its not helping the patient or the family. I asked for a doctor to call me three times. I got a social worker who obviously isnt over seeing anyone. They didnt go to school for medical. It is difficult to comprehend how a hospital can employ staff so consistently subpar and fail to correct these issues. If you or a family member are discharged without resolution—especially if symptoms persist or worsen—make certain the medical record reflects that you do not agree with the discharge. Do not be afraid to speak your mind to anyone as they are there for you even if they brush you off or are rude. Document every concern and insist on a paper trail in the event something happens. Know your patient rights. When staff attempt to dismiss, rush, or pressure you, speak up and make it clear when those rights are being violated. Healthcare providers take an oath to act in the best interest of patients. They must be held accountable. Keep going up the chain. I know I will and if anythint happens to my loved one due to all this negligence I wont stop talking to the appropriate people to hold this hospital and doctors accountable.

This is truly the worst hospital ive ever been to. My fiance is in the pcu right now with sepsis and im not allowed to go visit her anymore because I was sick of the nurses insinuating that my fiance used drugs at the hospital. She is septic because it took 5 days for them to find a good line. She is dehydrated and sick and every nurse and phlebotomist and the lab people all insisted on trying to get a line in without an ultrasound machine even though we told them a dozen times that they weren't going to be able to get it without one. Yet they all tried and all failed. It's like some weird game to them and they dont like hearing that they're not going to get it because they're all so egotistical. It hurts their pride. They could care less that my fiance is screaming in pain everytime they tried. So I got upset and said they need to get an ultrasound machine or we are leaving. Which we should of done. Every single staff member that I have encountered there have all been so rude and condescending and have treated both of us really bad because of our past. One nurse had the nerve to ask if my girlfriend took any drugs the other night over and over. And thats when I really got upset. My fiances blood sugar dropped really low and instead of looking at all of the medications and other treatments that they did and taking ownership of it and trying to figure out why her blood sugar dropped she sat there and asked over and over if she took any drugs. She said that everything she gave hwr wouldnt do that so it had to be that she took something. She wouldnt take "no i didnt take anything except for what you gave me" for an answer. She said there's no need to get defensive, you can just tell me if you did. Asking that one time is insulting. Asking it 3 or 4 times is accusations. After that interaction I wasn't allowed back. So my fiancé is at this terrible hospital where the staff there have caused her pain, made her cry multiple times and treated her and I very poorly because they think I brought her drugs even thoufg she could literally die. I would never do that and neither would she. They also have no answers for her and never inform her on anything. She's just stuck in there with those terrible people. She needs me in there. She needs family support and food and other stuff to make her comfortable and she cant have that now because we got upset and defensive after she was treated absolutely terribly for like the 20th time. So now we have to bring her to another hospital which is an hour and a half away because shes so uncomfortable without me there and around all of the staff there. The nurse practitioners name was Mary Anne I believe. She caused all of this because she couldn't take accountability for causing my fiance to now have sepsis and the pneumonia she came in with. She is convinced that I brought her drugs. I am going to leave a review every day about how terrible this hospital is. We should've listened to everyone who told us how bad it is and went somewhere else or left before they gave her sepsis.

Wow! they are so awesome! I felt loved. Maybe empathy it the word. I held my hand up begging for help and 20 nurses pulled me out. And to the chefs?,,, 100% they deserve credit. Be blessed. Love Thomas.

I am here in ER with my 90 YO mother and never ever have received such bad service. From the extremely rude checkin lady to the ER nurse that has the bedside manner of a snake. Zero communication about what is happening and no one will make eye contact when I try to ask for help. What is wrong with these people. Only Hosp in Prescott might be it. Staff is on some time zone out of this world. Lots of people standing around. We’re leaving after ~4 hours against recommendation. Wonder what they will charge for the IV, the incompetence and the terrible experience.

I went here yesterday for stomach pain.. that being said the ambulance gave me half a dose of fetynal in ambulance then other when we arrived to hospital due to them wanting me to go through triage like everyone else. They had me on oxygen and got me to the back and then took oxygen off. They gave me another dosage of morphine and they kept poking me for blood.. and a urine sample they never did a ct or offered before they gave the other morphine they gave me a couple options and I choose morphine for the pain due to me knowing how it works on me.. they gave that then I was crying in pain they gave me another med and it sent me into a straight paranoid panic attack. Where I was confused and really upset and paranoid I told the nurse she was it will go away in 30 mins or less I said okay and she was like sometimes the meds will do that… if that’s the reaction shouldn’t you tell the patient that? And I sat there trying to calm down with no comfort very moving around worried. Then I decided I’m leaving with out medical advice so I did. When I got home I was less paranoid but so tired I couldn’t function but yet I couldn’t sleep so I tried and if I did happen to fall asleep still could hear everything around me.. kept waking up with a bunch of sweat don’t know if I had a fever or not but feels like it.. I feel I should have been treated better and more aware what was going on in my medical process. Never have I left with out doctors approval..

The entire staff have been the most caring, supportive and kind while tending to my needs. The surgeon is amazing and Dr Anderson took care of my broken hip with minimally invasive procedures to repair the damage I had done. It's the day after and I have no pain to speak of. With the exceptional care I'm getting to go home today It doesn't get any better than that.

Your staff is so accomodating friendly & helpful. And well organized. From the time I entered the ER to being admitted for 2 days I felt taken care of and special. The ER staff was wonderful. They understood my pain and were very considerate

Brought my dad in yesterday for what we suspected were kidney stones. After dealing with ridiculous waiting times in my dad’s room he was treated and released and told to pee in a strainer they would give him. We left and it wasn’t given to him. My husband went down there to get one this morning and was told he would have to wait like everyone else. REALLY? so he would have to wait hours for what one nurse could simply grab and hand him? The lady was rude as can be about the situation too. My husband was just trying to get what my dad needed. This hospital used to be decent. It’s severely gone downhill in the last several years.
