The policies here and staff aren’t very friendly or courteous in office. The security was very nice. I get more help from security then office staff. They should take time to explain how things work when moving in instead of having me guess. Very large storage unit they told me they have over 2k people in and out everyday. Which I find that hard to believe in making a point that they don’t really care about their customers and only care about themselves. I just moved in and will be moving out asap.

Julio did an awesome job of making me feel welcome and also how everything worked down to the special lock I bought for my unit. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my selection as well as the property itself.

Chris was super helpful in helping me price out units and Julio showed me units that fit what I was looking for. He was great in showing me options and when it was time to commit to one Chris was such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these guys. Customer service was on point

The two women at the front desk were very helpful and polite to say the least and I was able to get a unit that was good fit. Moving is tiring and the experience I had here didn’t add to my stresses so thank you. I look forward to having a safe place to keep my extra belongings. They let me view the storage space options prior to deciding and that was nice :)

I went to 4 other facilities before going to price self storage. None of them were very helpful when choosing a unit for me. But Carlos at price self storage was very helpful and friendly. He showed me around the facility and explained how to get in and out of the faculty and answered all my other questions. Carlos was the nicest guy out of all the facilities and the most knowledgeable. Any storage facility would be lucky to have an employee like Carlos. I'll be sure to recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one.
