Terrible ! My belongings were in storage for a few months and all my children clothing shoes and toys have been ruined by mold as well as our electronics such as tvs iPads and everything we own that was in storage had been ruined by mold !!! & still never got paid to replace my belongings this is so unheard of!! I was told by a manager to throw everything away and that’s is what insurance for but I work hard for our belongings so it wasn’t easy to just dump everything . I literally work hard for years and my children have no clothes and neither do I we are starting from scratch even brand new shoes in boxes had mold growing out of it it was so disgusting I never seen anything like it before !!! So I threw away everything !!! & still never got anything replace by prime storage insurance company as the manager told me I would ! But god is good all the time & I know god won’t bless those of heartless !!! Because we literally lost everything and the insurance won’t pay because items aren’t covered by mold the insurance company said but the storage employees told me throw everyting out and they have to replace it and it has been 3 months already so sad !

They have a great and friendly staff. Kim is especially wonderful! She displayed excellent customer service. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and helped me with my lock situation at my unit. She went above and beyond and was overall, a pleasure to work with!

Nice facility but they keep increasing prices. Price of my unit more than doubled so I moved out. Staff is great but have no control in helping with bill due. Corporate owned storage now and they overlock unit after 5 days past due. I don't think I'd come back just because of the cost of these units now.

So far my experience has been amazing working with this facility! They were able to accommodate my space needs immediately and they have all been super friendly!
