This place is ran by crooks they get you into a unit and bang a few months later they significantly raise the price I had 2 units and they kept raising the rents on both of them every few months so it was cheaper for me to downsize to one unit large enough to hold my stuff less than 6 months they increased my rent by almost 100 dollars now I'm back to the unit being unaffordable I've been trying to get a resolution but they have dragged their feet on getting back to me and now they are charging late fees on top of late fees and still no resolution we need to come together and sue them for predatory practices and price gouging

Absolutely TERRIBLE. No one was there to let me in. TWICE!!! They left me on the street with 14 cartons. I had to get an Uber to take me and the boxes back home. WORST possible service. They don't even deserve 1 star

I have never encounter problem when I stores my stuffs at Prime Storage. It is the best place to store, in terms of security and convenient location . It is the best among all where I have stored my items.

Everything was fine until the employee at the storage seen that I had parked the night before at the storage to finish my unload in the morning and she called to have the uhual towed with my things in it. It took me about 4 days to get my things back and then I was told I had 72 hours to collect my things and it turned out to actually be 24 hours. They cut a lock I bought there at prime storage for 19.95 and would not compensate me for it. I managed to get everything off the truck. There is no sign posted for private property or no parking anytime. I also wasn’t told about parking at the storage or how much it cost a month if you wanted to park it there. Very bad costumer service. The things on the truck belonged to my daughters who attend school and at the time did not have certain things needed for school.
