I originally got two months free and then a rate of $73 after that for a 10x15. Sounds to good to be true? Right? Well it after the second month you will be subject to a rate change well my rent went up to $124. The manager here is very rude and double charges for locks and lock cuts. Bbb here I come

I rented a 5x10 unit for about 6 months June-Dec ‘22. The monthly rate was over $100, 3x what others charge. Yet, it was always more due to ridiculous extra charges. Most of the guys who work there are jerks, although Soloman is alright. They wanted to charge me $300 because I left, accidentally, an empty box. It wasn’t big or dirty - just a box. The facility is well kept, surprising since they have no trash cans.

I’ve been waiting the past three days to get there lock off of my unit so I can get into my unit. Never in the office. Always putting it off. I don’t owe them a dime and they do this to me. Living in a different city they are making things extremely difficult. The most unprofessional storage unit company I’ve ever worked with. I’m still sitting outside of my unit to get someone out here to open my unit.

I really hate leaving a bad review, but this place is worth less than even a single star. I just hope that reading this will help other people to avoid using Prime Storage. I have had my RV parked here, and it was broken into. I understand that mistakes happen, and that RVs might be targets. I felt zero empathy from the management staff here and was offered no help whatsoever regarding reclaiming the footage from security cameras. According to Prime Storage, they require a court ordered warrant before they will release any footage. The local police department doesn’t just hand out warrants like that, particularly for petty crime. It seems like Prime Storage, with whom I have done good business with up to this point, would be looking out for me (their paying customer) by offering to provide the footage or offer alternative solutions. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the local owner or higher-up and was told they don’t have a direct line and that someone would “leave a message that I would like a call”. Still no answer. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money on Prime Storage. Lastly- I’ll sincerely update this review if anyone from the company can help me.

Website advertises one month free which is false. Not all facilities get that. They want you to have all your ducks in a row to rent from them, but do not budge to work with you or communicate well. We got charged an entire months rent since we moved out one day after our lease. They are not in the business of customer service.
