The facility itself is nice as well as the staff. However, each time I've come there's been homeless or people living inside the building. On 2 separate occasions the police and the forensic vans were outside. Overall just doesn't seem like your belonging would be safe!

Great location! Very easy in and out drive through. Elevator is close to front door and makes it very easy to move in and out. $19 protection plan was added to my $31 unit and with tax made it $56 a month. Stayed for a few weeks and then moved out with no fees.

Josh the manger was extremely helpful during the move process. He had a very friendly demeanor and actually connected me with another customer that was able to utilize some of the items I was donating. Saving me time and effort. AAA+++

My bicycle was stolen from my storage facility at 3935 Cypress in Tampa in April 2022. I filed a police report, and a claim with the company, expecting their protection plan to kick in… months of silence followed. I called many times following up, and was told repeatedly that I would get a call back. They never did. My experience is that the protection plan isnt worth the paper it is written on, your stored items will not be secure, and you are better off finding any other storage company.

I just have to say my life has been so much better since I have been working with cubesmart. Now you can storage your stuff in any old place but Jon goes above and beyond. He made sure to connect with not only a professional but personal level. He makes a point to tailor each interaction to the customer he is talking to. If you are looking to put junk in a shed by all means. But if you are looking for great personal service and clean units then come on down! Jon will be waiting for you with a great deal and a smile.
