Fantastic helpful staff, great storage facility! Only comment is the management should give more notice before servicing the elevator for an extended period. But staff on site is amazing and I had a great experience.

The assistant manager Justin, is amazing. He’s cut my lock when I lost my keys, communicated storage policy clearly, has exercised patience, and has done his job to the T. I have been a member of prime storage for almost a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff make moving easy and stress free.
