Friendly and inexpensive. Only drawback is the unit I rented was open at the top allowing for dust from other units to get into my unit. It had something like a mesh fence across the top for security but seems like someone could cut through from their unit into other units and remove items. In my opinion the units should be walled from floor to ceiling

Latoya the manger got up at 4 am to let me in because their computer for some reason has never activated my access code. She is a gem however after having 3 U-Haul rentals disrupted because of not having access to my unit and having to still pay movers I'm frustrated
