Called 1st to get info after finding on Google. Spoke with with a very professional young woman (sorry I don't remember your name 😬) who offered to call me back at an agreed upon time. I was able to find & get the place much faster than expected, driving right up into the loading area. The place was manned by 2 very welcoming & accommodating women who got me all situated all the way down to cleaning the bathroom & lending a hand as I struggled to get items into my unit. It's one thing to have decent rates but its somewhat like finding a unicorn on a South Bronx street when you leave a place feeling like a valued customer....it was really awesome service! Well done ladies!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾✨️🦄

I went this location for the first time. Their service is wonderful. I felt really good when I came out of this office. Rosaline was showing me the storage and explaining everything from the beginning. She was very happy to help others. I will recommend others to give a try this storage. One more thing- I did research about the storage. I found prime storage has good deal in terms of saving money. They will provide free van for 4 hours. Which is really great.
