The units have 24 hour access. The rentals are reasonable with some discounts available. I only wish that they would reconsider having a dumpster on site.

Had 4 units here for about 3-4 months the one in the back got broken into I'm assuming by one of the few ppl who are living in there units. barbed wire fence doesn't help when no one is routinely checking for break-ins as there's only entrance cameras. And no one is there for evening and night time hours. They are cheap but you get what you pay for.

We chose Primo due to the great pricing rate, location, and security. Found out the customer service was top notch too after I forgot to update my automatic payment billing after getting a new debit card. Front desk was very considerate and helpful. Recommend Primo!

Would definitely recommend Primo! I researched a multitude of storage facilities in NW/central OKC before choosing Primo. Kindest customer service - Dylan was a pleasure to work with. I only needed to store about a small apartment’s worth of stuff for a while, but was surprised with the amount of different storage unit sizes they had to offer. Decent security cameras and great price too.
