This is our first time staying at Prince of Tucson Rv Park. We were there from June- November. The RV park is conveniently right off of the highway and the area is very quiet with a beautiful view, surrounded by mountains. Rhonda, who works in the office was extremely kind and helpful and so are all of the team members that work there. The park in the pool area were always clean. The lot spaces were decent sized and not stacked on top of each other. I would definitely recommend staying at this park and if we are ever back in town, we will be back.

Stayed here approximately 5 times now and all times have been great. No complaints what so ever. Clean bathrooms, showers and the RV sites are well kept. People here are nice and approachable. All expectations of the renter are respectively acknowledged. If you have bikes, a very well taken care of bike path is close by. Rides along the Rialto River.

Even though this park is right off the highway, you don’t hear highway noises. It is close to many shops & restaurants. There is a mixture of old & new, temporary & permanent RV’s. Some of the facilities are older. It has two laundry rooms that take debit cards for payment. The staff is friendly & helpful.

Very kind. The night staff and the fellow tenants. I will admit I am at first time RV and they absolutely guided me appropriately and kindly. The pool was clean and warm and after a long long haul in our RV with a broken air conditioner the pool was absolutely perfect. I just flopped into it with pure satisfaction. Afterwards, the showers were clean large with unlimited hot water. The entire area is clean with easy hook ups and well priced. Easy access and the nighttime caretaker gave personal consideration to guide me to my spot and make sure that I had all that I needed before he said his good nights .

We so enjoy having a place to meet and stay with our grandparents visiting from out of town. They are relaxed and laid back offering a great place to have a meal and swim or play a round of pool and enjoy some game time quietly.

Easy on off access from freeway. Clean park. Large sites. More residents than travelers. Most sites don't have tables outside, just the long term sites Biggest issue was the laundry. They lost power in the stand alone laundry building while I was doing laundry. Maintenance could not get it going. I had to then take our loads of clothes in varing degrees of wetness to a neighborhood laundry. This turned into a huge production. After talking with our neighbors, apparently the residents know not to use that stand alone site 🤷‍♀️ They were friendly and convenient.

Great staff and a wonderful pool and spa area… community center and laundry rooms. Also, for the area it is extremely safe and homey! Comae talk to Rhonda and reserve a great spot which is centrally located. The only drawback is it is a DOWISATRIPLA neighborhood😂

We really enjoyed our 4 month stay at Prince of Tucson. We always felt safe and calm. Rhonda from front office is the best!

Had a great 2 month stay, convenient to the interstate while still feeling tucked away. Front office all extremely helpful and friendly! Pool was much appreciated.

Terrible experience. Zero security in the area, homeless people right by the entrance and we got our mountain bike stolen. Bolt cutters used and all on both locks. Better off staying in actual campgrounds. Safer. EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars specifically for the owner and how she handled our situation. We told her about the bike as we checked out and she called us back a little over an hour later because she thought she found the bike at the homeless campground across the way. She took pictures of the area where the bike was and called 911 on them, the employees scoped it out and were even willing to grab it for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't our bike. I'd rate this higher than 5 if able just on the pure hospitality and genuine care from these people. Thank you guys so much!!
