The app is easy to use, prices are reasonable, and the facility is secure, bright, and clean! Mark and Phil were incredibly helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to pack, love, and store all of my belongings. They even carried my boxes and storage pack to my car!

So I can only 5 stars? That's too bad because if I could I'd give Mark 100 stars! He's so kind and accommodating. I don't think I've ever gotten better customer service from anyone. Public Storage hit a home run with this employee...he's a keeper!

I've never used storage until recently, Public Storage was close , affordable, clean and my belongings were safe and easily accessible. Hands down would use them again as needed and recommend this location to anyone. Mark and his team were amazing and helped navigate everything I needed. I can not express my appreciation enough. Mark was amazing! Had an exceptional experience working with him to get into my unit ASAP. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, he helped me get the right unit for exactly the storage space I needed. He helped me get set up, explained everything I needed to know about my unit and how to use the app and gate code. I would absolutely recommend coming to this convenient location.
