Arrived last night to find the facility wide open and unstaffed just before closing time. Garage door out of order. Homeless people living in units- one returning home in the attached video. Rates have gone up 200% in 2 years while the facility itself is poorly maintained. Gate is frequently out of order or broken, leaving you without access sometimes and with access to all at others as you can see in the photo. If you care about security this isn’t the place to keep your stuff

Tashawna made my last terrible visit a good experience. Even though I moving out due to Linda's awful service, Tashawna rocks! I found a newer place around the corner for far less money, but she really has great customer service skills.

We rented a new storage unit today at the Bloomington location and we were assisted by Tashawna Miles (sorry if incorrect spelling). Tashawna went above and beyond— she was friendly, efficient, thorough and went out of her way to make sure we knew our options and were satisfied with our choice.
