I rented here recently, was recommended this place by a friend of mine. I must say I have no complaints so far. The manager took good care of the place. The place seems new which is very good its very clean and I was lucky to get a spot on the 1st floor. Im happy with my experience so far.

Archelle at location 4301 Rhode Island ave was Amazing.,she was able to assist me and all of my needs, I came in with a reservation for a storage size which I expected to fit all my items archelle was the best she ask just a few questions and was able to tell me that the locker size unit I pick will not be enough space for my items she recommended a 5by5 for me which was perfect ,just enough space for my items to fit comfortably. She also was super understanding and helpful she was even able to show me the best way to unload my items using the port to enter instead of the side door that I was originally using. She gave me the codes I needed to open gates and she actually explained it.instead of just handing me a paper and sending me off. She provided outstanding customer service&support. Hopefully I will get to see her often when checking in on my unit to tell her How amazing she and the service she provided was and just to let her know how much of a breeze and pleasure she made for me. THANKYOU Archelle You’re the BEST! She needs a Raise and 5Stars!! Amazing

This place has gone downhill since Public Storage took over last year. Since that time I've had persistent rodent problems in my unit (I've caught 6-8 mice in as many months), and there is always a shortage of carts. As of today, they only have two, and both were in use when I showed up. This is not the first time. The staff on-site are as helpful as they can be, but there's only so much they can do when the problems go higher. Under the previous ownership, there were always 4-6 hand carts not in use, regardless of when I was there. Having no carts available makes this storage place virtually useless.
