Clean, climate controlled, and cost efficient. Access was secure and easy, though an unlocked bathroom would have been nice. Rented a large 10'x20' space. They had best price in Boston. I stopped by at the location to see the space but made both reservation and the rental online, without seeing the clerk. A day before the rental started, I got an email with my security code. A few days later I stopped by, the lock was inside, my space was swept clean and ready for the move. You can see it on the picture, the lock package is in the bottom-right corner. They use a special type of a lock - if you already have one of that type you can use your own, if not, they sell you a new one for $24, if I remember correctly. You probably can purchase it cheaper on Amazon. The space is air-conditioned, not much traffic, I have been there a few times since the move and there was at most one more person on the floor. Security seems to be reasonable, you need a code to open parking gate, building door, and either elevator or 1st floor door. With my 1st floor door code I could not open the elevator. You can access the space 6am-9pm, the building is locked overnight. Good price, fully online process, easy access. Really good experience.
