Posted business hours mean absolutely nothing, this location never has staff on site. Once you have a unit and can use the app for entry without interacting with staff you are good. Plan on nobody answering the phone and the office being locked.

Online form was good made it easy to rent a spot, place was climate controlled. Got there later to drop off my stuff elevators did not work, I could not lock my storage unit because the locking mechanism was broken took my uhaul of stuff with me

Terrible service! I rented a unit a month ago and was send acode to access the property and storage unit. Code did not work, manager had to use their personal code to get in. I tried again to access the unit, code does not work and even though it is during work hours there is no manager to help. When you call there is no answer. I would not recommend this place due to lack of customer support. After a month the code was activated and is now working.

Always used public storage since the early 2000s, never a disappointment at any location I have ever rented from. However, in my experience they will raise the rent on you just because. Overall I'd choose them again for my storage needs, the customer service is outstanding, & the units are very nice & clean!

I do not recommend this storage facility. We had moved out of our unit weeks ago, but left the lock on our unit. Public storage marked us “vacated” in their system, however they kept us on their billing cycle and charged us for a new month. After speaking with Holly and the customer service agent, they decided they did not want to make any considerations for a miscommunication and that they valued $85 more than positive customer word of mouth.
