Worst storage unit on the face of the earth the app sucks the gates and elevators are slow from the customer service number to the management down to the people that work the desk are trash my account is paid in full I have my personal lock on the unit I have 2 days to get my stuff out and they put a overlock on my unit Terrible experience 20 out of 10 would never do again

Don't do business at this location. They give out your info and just let anybody into your personal storage without notifying you. My personal property was stolen out of my storage space and one of the employees at this location helped them do it. Been trying to speak to someone from corporate since August and NO ONE will return my calls. The only person that has tried to help me fix the situation is Brittany, the property manager at this location and I appreciate her for that. The sad part is that I even had insurance on my storage unit and it was denied because they said the lock/storage unit didn't look tampered with. It didn't look tampered with because one of the public storage employees had my lock cut off and put a different lock on there after they let the person that stole my stuff access it. I hope someone from Public Storage corporate office will read this because I will be filing a lawsuit.

I called and called and asked so many questions and she was so kind and thoughtful, plus very patient with me. It was my first time to store anything. She made it so much easier.
