This company takes advantage of their customers. We've had a unit for over 4 years, always paid on time, have always dealt with the increases, until now. We received a notice that our rent was going up 30%. When we called to ask for a waiver, we were told sure, you'll definitely get it because of your history with us. They continuously use the term "valued customer", which is clearly a joke. We never heard back, even though we were supposed to receive an email verifying the waiver / decrease back to what we have been paying. The going rate for a unit right next door is way lower than what we pay. When we asked them how this is fair, that new customers are more "valued" than us, we were told that moving next door and starting a new account is an option. Seriously? They're vultures. They never bothered to tell us that the increase would remain, and now we have half a month to move, when we could have had the full month. DO NOT rent from them. Customer service is garbage, and they don't "value" anything about their customers.

The best Worker I’ve ever met at public storage Alfonso aka Gary is crazy friendly, great customer service and clean facility although he will get on if you late with payments!!! LoL he’s a good Person!
