Both elevators have been broken for over a month and no one is able to give any estimated timeline as to when they will be fixed. I do not have access to my items and cannot move out as a result. This is completely outrageous that a storage location is unable to fix - or replace - an elevator for over a month! I have never seen such negligence anywhere.

One of the most satisfying places I’ve been too!! I rented here around a year ago and sal was nothing but a great help. I would definitely recommend this location. Jessly is also an employee with great communication skills and customer service. Keep up the work!!

Upon checking in, I realized that my storage unit was a little too small for me but the associates in the office made the upgrading process VERY easy. Arshell (apologies if this isn’t the correct spelling) and Keena were helpful, nice, and informative with the different options that were available and even let me see the size of the unit first before agreeing if it were the right size for me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service especially considering how stressful moving can be, they both made the experience easy and stress free! THANK YOU!!!
