No resources to put in a new light bulb. So my movers had to move all my stuff in the dark, using their phones for light. And then two days later I had to do the same thing. That was after notifying the fact that there was no light in the storage unit... very disappointed. Resolved 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to call. It was a very professional response and knowing you care for your employees with managerial help & us as the customers!

Very respectful employee (Matt) he truly understood when things out of our control happen and end up leaving us no choice but to head to a funeral rather than to pay a storage unit. I am beyond grateful for hia patience and overall just flat out compassion, empathy and kindness. Based on that alone I would ALWAYS RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE TO ANYONE ASKING AROUND.

I had difficulty with the website. It really needs some work on it. I had to go down and have Ashley at Edison help me. She did try to help me do it on my phone with the internet. But she ended up having to input it at the computer at the facility. I haven't yet been to the other place I actually rented from because I wanted temperature regulation and it wasn't at the place she was at but I'll tell you the way she treated me I would have jumped at that instead if they had it. Ashley was great! Wonderful attitude and has a heart of gold! I'm giving this a three not because of her service she would get a five. The computer internet not functioning is the biggest reason why.

Gloria is probably the most pleasant manager of any sort I have ever dealt with. She went out of the way to ensure she could explain how to keep all my belongings safe and in perfect condition while they were in the storage unit. When I had a question regarding my payment she showed me step by step each or the charges and emphasized which were reoccuring and reminded me several times when they were due. Very honest, friendly service and I couldn't feel more secure and happy leaving my belongings here.

I am very pleased with the service and will recommend this location to anyone in need of a reliable storage unit. I always felt safe and secure when I entered the property. Again Gloria was very pleasant and a nice lady she helped my moving process feel less stressful.
