Horrible business practices. Stay away!!! I moved in and was told I’d pay a flat rate for the first 30 days. I was then charged a extra charge 3 days later because there was 31 days in the month of October. The store manager ignored the email stating a flat rate for the first 30 days and pushed the CC charge through. Then I asked the store manager for a 2 day credit for February because there was only 28 days. He hung up on me during the call On day 90 of the contract they increased my rent from $350 to $462. Stay away!!!

Came into Public Storage on federal with a lot of questions and confusion on my reservation. Dawn was SO HELPFUL. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my money back and that everything was taken care of. I will definitely use this location next time I need storage.

The property manager, Dolly was very helpful with getting my unit taken care of. She waived the late charge for me and I was able to pay my unit finally. Sounds like she is over worked as there is not enough staff to help customers as needed. I have been to three locations this week where no one was in the office. Get your business together public storage. However Dolly is a great employee and I appreciate all her help.

I had a good experience with Dolly this evening. I took my friend to her storage and Dolly was very nice and professional and helped my friend out of a frustrating situation. Dolly even gave me an killer deal on a lock with one key. Which is fine with me and I really needed it. Thank you for having good costumer service and just being genuine. This Public Storage is by far one of the best services storage companies I’ve been to. Although I didn’t keep my storage here too long, it was always kept secure and the staff was great. Dolly was very helpful on my move in and out days, she definitely made this a great experience. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
