My experience at the Ewa beach Public Storage was excellent. Lou and Wayne provided helpful information regarding my storage unit and the overall facilities. I was also given a tour to show me where my storage unit was located. This was the best customer service I ever received.

I rent multiple spaces at the Ewa Beach facility and I stop by throughout the day and night, always feel safe and secure. The manager, Wayne, is very helpful and kind. He and Diane are both AMAZING, they are an awesome team!! I hope the higher ups at Public Storage realize how great these two are. They are both great representatives of the company brand.
