BY FAR the most money hungry, scammy, and non-secure storage facility you could ever use. My father had a unit here and passed away a while back. I inherited the unit and paid for it for well over a year, and was listed as an authorized user of the account. Despite all of this, and providing a death certificate on my first visit there, I was refused access for months on end and was told I would have to send off a paper to be reviewed for up to 45 days before getting access. Seems like a pretty good way to get me to pay another months rent if you ask me. They even went as far as to add additional locks to the unit after I called and let them know I was on my way with a rented U-Haul, despite not doing this during the 9 months prior in which they were already aware of my fathers passing. After finally getting access to the unit, just 3 days before moving out of state, we empty and remove all but a few totes and a small table from the unit. I leave it unlocked so that we may come back to remove the other items if we wish, but we didn’t care what happened to them. Since then, I’ve received 3-4 calls from the “managers” stating that they need the unit emptied out completely or I will be charged an additional $250 for them to remove a few small items. I’m paid in full until the end of the month and have never once agreed to any of their terms and conditions, but they still attempt to force them on me. This place has a grand total of probably 5 cameras at the whole location, does not give a damn about their renters, and only hires entitled people who get off on having some form of power over the average customer. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST

I worked with Amber at the location 9915 Allison Allisonville Rd.. and When I tell you she was AMAZING!!!! it's an understatement!!! I searched a bunch of places... and the best thing I did was land here... Great price for my unit..and I am very pleased... She deserves a raise!!!! Thanks Amber/ Public Storage... -great hire
