I had a very good experience. I placed a reservation online for the Suitland location. I then visited the Oxon Hill location (1/16/23) to inquire about the unit I made the reservation for. The gentleman was very helpful. He was genuine, and attentive. Today (1/19/23) the day before my move in date I received a call from the Suitland location where I am placing my stuff in storage. Ironically enough it was the same gentleman from Monday that kindly answered all my questions about the facility. Today he even ensured that I had the correct unit size for what I am storing. I have dealt with public storage over the past few years for personal and business storage. As a customer service connoisseur, I am super big on customer service. I appreciate Travis being as helpful as he was. Direct, genuine, knowledgeable and patient.

I have been storing here for years And I can honestly say that Donald is amazing and iam not easily impressed! I receive courtesy calls about my bill and He is always willing to assist me when I have a jam on my storage door! He goes out his way to place a work order or to simply spray the door with a spray! And i appreciate him all that he can do to make a difficult situation better. He makes sure that the customer is always happy and has a positive attitude when in office or outside making sure the outside is nice and neat! Please acknowledge a awesome committed employee!

Don and Travis was amazing with their customer service. Travis handled my concerns over the phone with care and ease. He made my transition a smooth process and assured me Don the property manager would take care of me upon my arrival. Don gave me the best experience, took care of my needs and concerns as Travis noted! If you’re looking for a great experience in the Oxon Hill area I truly recommend these gentlemen. Great job 👏
