I visited the frontage Rd location after trying to get service at 3 other locations. The staff were very informative patient and kind . They offered me many promotions to accommodate my needs . Ms.Trina is the young lady that assisted me today and with her warm smile made my move so easy . She had me in and out within 10 mins . An absolute great team member. Keep it up ladies 🤎

Was quoted a price online but had system issues once I got there and was never communicated that the reason for my updated pricing was because of my original reservation not being available. Been calling for weeks and got ahold of the same lady who helped me in person who then told me she will put a note on my account and gave me a number to call. So I thought this will mean my original emailed quote would be granted. False. I’ve Finally been able to call the number and was told that because I signed the rental agreement for that price that was what I’ll have to pay. (This is no issue because yes I did sign it but there was so much going on I was ready to go(but it wasn’t communicated to me that this is why)) When I called back the next day once I realized that the total was my monthly total instead of my original I thought I could get something situated. But instead of after calling customer service then calling this location back the lady seem as if she had no care about what I was saying and simply stated “yeah that’s the quoted price for your units now” OKAY, so I see that there’s no solution for what I’m saying. It is okay though. I know it’s all about getting the money.

Our experience with Public storage started off a little unsteady, but then the front desk host Trina quickly turned that around. She was able to resolve a prior issue we had encountered and make our check in experience pleasurable. We would definitely recommend this storage facility.
