Clean facility. Friendly staff. Wish access closed at 10pm instead of 9. But still 5 stars solely because of the consistently outstanding customer service I have received from their management. From the tour on day one to a recent payment issue I had, manager Melanie has been my go-to person to help or answer any concern I've had. Welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, Melanie treats customers and myself like family and I appreciate it. I've worked in customer service myself and stuff like that is noticed and makes a significant difference. Thanks, Melanie!

Came in today because I forgot my code and wanted to know about the price increase and Sue was so helpful one of the kindest people I've ever worked with at a storage facility. She explained the charges and even took off some unnecessary ones that were added a while back under the pretense that they were necessary. She even explained if I moved to a different unit I could save even more still. Overall her kindness took down my frustration greatly and I appreciate that. She deserves a raise or a promotion lol, it's hard to find good workers these days and the ones that are should be appreciated.
