It's a no frills storage place. A 10x10 is almost $200.00 a month. No climate control. No nothing extra. But my stuff is safe.

I needed a place to put some stuff. After calling around, I zeroed in on Public Storage. After talking to someone at a call center, went by and interrupting Tammy’s lunch. It took about fifteen minutes. Wonderful service all around.

Very helpful staff. Doorways were smaller than width of unit which didn't work for us but not the locations fault as we didn't call ahead. Facility appears to be secure and clean from what I could see.

Good location..... Poor customer service due to never having enough workers, doesn't open on time, the customer service number is not eastern standard time so even more of a headache. I work on base so this is the only reason this place was used. No official way to say I'm satisfied or need assistance, no one checked me out.
