I have used public storage for many years. Jeff the manager in the Kirkland facility is fantastic. He's kind, courteous, explains everything well, and keeps the facility very clean. For me, its worth the money knowing my stuff is being stored in a well run and safe facility.

Move in - Great move in experience with Diamond and Chris. They honored our online deal, and took care of our questions and concerns. After 3 years, 1 star due to unreasonable increases for an existing rental when new units are being rented for less. Nov 2019 $188 Mar 2020 $247 (+30% after 5 months) Mar 2021 $324 (+40% in a year, and 70% over initial rate) Mar 2022 $363 (+12% in a year, 93% over initial rate) Sep 2022- I'm done, fed up with the increases. Rent went up 30% per year, effectively.
