I have the same problem no body pick up the phone and they gave me a unit on the second floor and didn't tell me that there is only elevator that means I can't drive by the unit Very frustrating because I made the reservation about 7 days ago and every time I go the elevator don't work and I haven't been to the unit because of that sitiguation They need to have one person at office all the time in order to help the customers

Shelly was so wonderful! She patiently took us around the facility to make sure that our trailer would fit and was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was very organized and professional while maintaining a very personable vibe, making it an easy decision for us to choose this storage space. The facility is well maintained and very secure. Can’t thank Shelly enough for all of her help!

I've had this storage unit for about 4+ years. And at first they did a pay increase once every year year and a half. But in the last year and a half they have given me three increases in rent. I started paying one 60 something when I first started, now they want $325 a month! I am working on getting my stuff out of there and then public storage could go screw themselves!

It was terrible told one thing on the phone to be told some different in person. N the black lady who runs the storage in the office is very unhelpful and changed my mind on the whole rental from attitude to finish plus they're not in office have to wait for her to show up. Frankly I’m frustrated every time I try to call the location at 38 N.Lamb Blvd. Anytime over the past 2 months whenever I tried calling this location, doesn’t matter morning, afternoon, evening no one ever picks up the phone. Frankly I don’t why Public Storage even bothers to have a phone or pay the bill at this point, doesn’t matter how times you push #4 office manager never picks up. The only reason why I’m even rating this joint higher than 1 star is because the last time I was in there I met the office manager. I don’t know her name, but she was really friendly, good customer service. She is a young darker black woman, really attractive and pretty in her 20’s I would say. Anyhow as I said earlier though her customer service was on point, other than her I’m sorry but I just don’t think of anything else positive about 38 N.Lamb.
