My mother and I just had a really great experience with Angie and Natalie at this location. They were very pleasant and helpful. They explained all the details of costs and options of storage units. They were also very efficient when it came to finishing all paperwork. We were in and out of there in a timely manner. The app was really convenient for easy access and Im glad we went with this storage company.

Needed assistance today to resolve an issue concerning the insurance charge on my account. After much frustration and giving up hope….Justice and Angela came to the rescue! They were extremely knowledgeable and determined to help. I am helps to say that they resolved my issue to my satisfaction! THIS is why I always choose Public Storage at this locate anytime I need extra storage. You both were GREAT! Justice and Tina are absolutely the best. Always helpful and making every effort to make the experience great!

This place is the BEST. I have had numerous storage places in numerous locations. Large and small. I have NEVER, EVER dealt with a storage place as great as this one! Tina and the staff there are so professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. The property and storage spaces are clean. The restrooms are clean. I have moved to Northern California but still have my space in Long Beach. I have been there a few times since my move and it's just as great as it was in the beginning when I first rented it. I have had spaces at other PS locations and none are as good as this one! Thank you Tina and Staff, you're the BEST!

Top notch client services. Tina was very accommodating and friendly. She helped amd explain the process in detail. Highly recommend for your storage needs this facility and grounds are super clean too. The office is also fully stocked with moving boxes and shipping supplies.

Amazing customer service at Cherry and Carson Public Storage. I was blown away by the kindness and care Justice showed me when I first walked in. It was easy to find the right unit. And he took me to the space which looked great. Super clean and easy to find. I went downstairs and Tina and Justice helped me process my request. Showed me the app for the Public Storage and helped me set up cordless entry via the app. I thank you all very much. Tina and Justice are great employees.
