Edwin was so great! He answered all of my questions and walked us through the entire process. He gave us a tour of the units which was so helpful before we made our final decision. He then helped me download the app and showed me how to use it , step by step! His customer service was excellent: patient, knowledgeable, kind and professional. It pacified all of my nerves and made me feel confident that I made the right choice In renting a unit here. He even helped us bring a few boxes we purchased to the car. I highly recommend this location and ask for Edwin, he was awesome!

He’s so patient with everybody and treated everybody equal. He was my Angel for the day. I was so stressed out when I got to the unit, but he made my day so easy.
