Edit: Got a call from “Bruce” who notified me that manager “Dan” was on site. Dan was helpful and informative when we returned. The unit we looked at was a “5x5” but measured well under, however. We do appreciate the accommodations made but upon review, need to take a look at other options. Original review: Doors locked, call number on the door and you get a call center that will not be able to help you with any on-site issue. Rep on the phone was kind but her system was down and couldn’t help me. It’s 11:45 on a Sunday.

I pay $350 a month to store here after they doubled the price within a year. Now I rent a truck and drive five hours to move out just for them to not have the office open 90 minutes after open time. The property manager isn't picking up. What an absolute joke of a business

a very nasty girl to sit at the reception and obviously did not receive education from her parents! Such people should not be hired in public places! in a word, because of such a nasty worker, it’s not worth coming to this storehouse! just very arrogant and specifically does not know his job! in a word, the creature is sitting at the reception🤬 plus the problem is to take a cart and go to the warehouses, especially if you have it on the upper floors. very badly done here. in a word, I do not advise even to look into this storage
