Would give zero stars, but can not. They don’t have cameras on site, so any theft and break in will go unnoticed as mine did. Cops told me they get theft calls to this site on the regular. Also left a lot of messages for on site manager regarding my unit getting broken into and my tools stolen. Have not got one single return call. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I rented a unit here and it was burglarized after one month. When an employee noticed my unit didn't have a padlock on the door they put their own padlock on the door but never told me so when i came to pick up some of my property at 8pm one night I was locked out and the office was closed. The next day I came back and they gave me a key to the new padlock and let me inside to discover that a bunch of items were missing. The police informed me that they get 3-5 calls per week about this place!!! I guess they get broken into so often that they don't bother to tell the clients

Had a hard time at 1st unit, but thankfully then Cammi came to my rescue. She was able to switch units for me. Get everything all situated and even printed out some papers I needed. Cammi was very understanding and very considerate of all my needs.

Very convenient location tucked back off of International Way. I went to pay for a famlies storage unit & the manager was beyond helpful & friendly. The account I was paying for was at another location, she found their account & I was in and out within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location!
