Don't rent from this company, I had issues with billing. The company had the chance to do right by us and it would have been very simple and they did not. Communication was done thru telephone even though I was out of the country. Had the company emailed me I would have been able to promptly get back to them. In fact they did email me and I got back to them within 3 hours. A money hungry company. I would take your business elsewhere.

I had a very very great experience doing business at this Public Storage in Morton Grove. They have the best customer service. I was having a hard time getting my family’s things out after the passing of my dad and Evelyn helped me get it all done and made sure I was good with everything! She is an angel! I will definitely continue business with this location in the future. Thank you Evelyn!!!!

I have been renting a space at the Morton Grove Public Storage facility for a couple of years. I could move my things to a location closer to my home but I choose to stay with Evelyn at this location because the customer service is excellent. She has gone above and beyond, not having been asked, to assure that my experience at Public Storage is way more than satisfactory. Great customer service is key to any company and very hard to come by. Evelyn deserves a raise!

I was told to bring a driver's license to park a truck. My truck was at a repair shop immediately after I bought it. I purchased the truck a month ago and needed to pick it up from the repair shop after it was fixed. Being thanksgiving weekend, I was unable to renew the registration until next week since the temp registration was only for 30 days. After making the reservation for storage, I was told I only needed my driver's license to rent a spot. The woman there wanted my license, registration, and title. I'm not sure why she needed everything just to rent a spot. I would not recommend for any vehicle or boat parking. The woman here is very rude.

Clean and easy to access. Evelyn has been great in helping when needed. Love the access through the app and knowing that there is a friendly face (Evelyn) when I get there or when I call.
