Set of Rude People were Moving and Had tied up 4 carts making No One Else Able to move.. they Young ladies behind the desk said absolutely nothing to them about it.. they loaded their stuff in the elevatorwhile they were outside on the truck.. I pressed the elevator and it opened with furniture and No Person.. Holding up Elevators and Carts.. Simply Rediculous with 3 Young ladies Working glued to their Phones.. then the had all their Stuff they were moving all in the hall blocking The Walk Way to other storages.. thank God we were moving out . the facility was Nice Excellent for this Sad Even during My I've out which we planned to be Quick before we ran into all the foolishness that could have easily been addressed by staff on duty that saw the same thing we saw.. is and 3 others had to beg them for a Cart.. and they got it right back as if the owned them.. cheeky... Never again.. so sad..
