In our business, we often have the need to work with different storage facilities and have met so many helpful people throughout the years. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised at how above and beyond the service was at this one. Alicia was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Would I recommend this location? Very disappointed been paying for a unit here for 3 years today I needed assistance and the lady working was in her car looked at us then went inside the private office building I knocked on the door and she was smoking a cigarette inside and said she couldn’t help us until she was back on the clock not sure her name but she drives a black Cadillac so if she’s working highly recommend waiting until someone else is there that will actually do there job. I’m very unhappy with this experience

I ❤️this place, even though their prices went up..... It's not their fault, the price of EVERYTHING went up. Staff is nice, the ONLY thing I'm a little lost on is how someone chains the golf cart up to a poll next to the gate........ Do they REALLY think no one can steal the golf cart? It's not hard to pull the chain up over the poll 🤦 Other then that, I like the place.... Prices are decent. Hoping to find a place to live soon so I don't have to do this again.
