I was very impressed with Brian, the gentleman who helped me through the process. Great salesmanship, great personality, showed me several sizes of units and choices on paper and map. Drove me to several units to look at and told me about how much each unit could hold in regards to household goods, etc. You have a very good representative for your company in Brian. Very friendly and sets people at ease very quickly. Which is good for someone who has not rented a storage in many, many years. He also welcomed every new customer who came in and made sure they knew he would care for them immediately upon completion of his dealings with me. Thanks for hiring a good staff for your facility.
